Busayo Okusanya is an affordable housing professional and developer with experience in property acquisition, management, and development since 2019. She has worked extensively across multifamily and supportive housing programs serving individuals and families experiencing housing instability.

Her background includes significant experience in community residential and assisted living settings, where she has supported vulnerable populations, informing a practical, resident-centered approach to housing development. Busayo’s work is focused on addressing housing inequities and expanding access to stable, high-quality housing for underserved communities.

As Founder and Principal of Paradigm Central Housing LLC, Busayo leads the development of innovative, sustainable, and community-centered affordable housing solutions across Minnesota. Her leadership emphasizes thoughtful planning, strategic partnerships, and the creation of housing environments that promote stability, dignity, and long-term success.

Busayo is an active member of the Minnesota Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN) and collaborates with public and private partners to advance equitable housing outcomes statewide.
